The LED technology is the energy efficient alternative to the existing technology. Once a cost efficient method is developed to produce these bulbs in large numbers is developed everyone in the business will want a piece of the action. The Businesses win and the consumers win in such a situation. The only thing holding this Technology back is the manufacturing cost.
