Though Marchi already walked away, I think those at AIMH needed to be sure that they had legally rid AIMH of Marchi to the fullest extent. And wanted to make sure any changes he made or attempted to make to the company were un-done. And that has apparently taken quite a bit of time. But once completed, information should begin flowing freely from the company. They just have to take care of those initial tasks first, so they can have a clean slate. Then hopefully a R/M will be easier than what they've already been doing to prepare AIMH for it.
