Very possible. Could be traders who sold out higher and looking to get in extremely low. I haven't been able to watch the tape on MWW so I can't be sure if this has been done.

Ive usually seen it happen in other stocks that seem to be stuck in a trading range for months and there is no logical reason why other than these constant small bid hits. Others get driven out or tired waiting and the culprit loads up. When they go from seller to buyer, the stock rises than they dump at the artificial tops they created. Rinse and Repeat.

Most groups know that we have financing we must work through. There have been some who have shorted hard in the past and use the convertible shares at a % of current pps levels to cover these positions. Sometimes the very firms that lend have someone short against there position giving them more shares to cover their bets and make huge profits.

This is why I believe the convertible financing arrangement should be avoided if possible. It creates an incentive problem.
