Best I can figure, target for this short should be this 60 degree mark about 130.24 and then back up to 134.08. Not quite sure the path it will follow, maybe either the red or the green. The 134.08 top should roughly coincide with S&P500 1427 or 1430 I think.
the government cannot give anything to anyone -- that they have not first taken away from someone else.
