What Kind of CEO did Exobox inherit when the jack took the reigns?

When you read his glowing self assessment about his business savvy and prowess as a CPA you would think that the company is in good hands.

Lets consider this email from the jack to the other board members Carl and Eric:

Here is the appraisal of that software we sold for a 1,000,000 plus royalities and for a percentage of the infringements that we are accused of selling for unvalue................

SOS $250,000
SUEZ (659,000) note the number in the report is actually ($629,988)
and that was after 10,000 different senerios

net value -459.000 (this number should be -409,000 the jack can not even do simple addition and subtraction on a string of 2 numbers!!!!)

Attached to this email were 2 documents by an accredited firm that was hired to place a value on the company.
The numbers that he is referring to are statistical data that were used to derive the valuation of the company which is detailed in the Pellegrino report

The number that jack gives to the other two board members can be found on page 7 and is statistical data not a valuation of the company.

The profitability of the company is shown much later in the report
and shows a possible profitability of nearly $10 million in year 5:

So now this leaves us with quite a dilemma.

Either the jack is incompetent as a CPA and can not read a financial sheet, or he was deliberately trying to mislead the other board members as to the value of SUEZ if developed.

Which leads us to a second dilemma about the intentions of the other two directors who had the documents to look at and come to an independent decision of the merits of the jacks claims based on these documents.

These guys had the email from the jack and the documents and still they rubber stamped all of his decisions instead of the logical conclusion of committing him to a rubber room.

More to come....

ALL IMHO. GLTA
