The two companies have different ownership, different management, different board of directors, exist in different countries, are incorporated separately in different countries, exist as independent corporate entities, air on different channels, on different networks.
Can't get any more different than that.
Just because one company owns shares in another company doesn't make it the same company.
Nobody here *is* JBI just because they own shares in JBI.

Besides, it's not exactly a good thing that JBI aired on Discovery Channel Canada. The Market has punished them severely for that blunder.
