It is not legal to cancel a stock if there are a certain # of share holders still. If you are a share holder and you don't sell your shares and the # of share holders does not fall to legal amount for a company to become private that would mean that the company doesn't get to become private.

If there has been no notification that the company is closing the doors, and or going private that means that shares will continue to remain operating as it has been per the last press releases.

Most of know that we can not believe any statements regarding shares being canceled on any chat board. Statements made on a chat board that are not backed up anywhere else are just rumors.

If the company themselves made a statement about what they are doing now or in the future and how that affects share holders - that would be different and would be posted in press release or most importantly a filing.

And for one will continue to support capital growth systems until a filing statement tells me otherwise.
