I feel like bd drownd ATRN on purpose. He stuck them with kazaa.. Made them almost bankrupt, and now that they're making a turnaround he wants to buy them out, think about it, he's adding almost a 100m in revenue to his billion dollar empire. Pay 100m for them now, grow them and he'll a earn a billion off them down the road. He's a very smart man that's for damn sure..
