Gibnit The so called RS makes no sense and I would not be surprised if it is all fraudulent. I have not been able to tie this RS to ADHC. What if some people wanted to get in on the cheap and found out about the Dividend payment, which appears to be approved by ADHC. Maybe someone filed phony papers in the name of ADHC. Sounds far fetched, I know, but with the pc and knowledgeable people anything is possible. What if tomorrow we find out that is a fact, then ADHC will fly back to the 00s is how I see it. Some people will say I am dreaming but to reduce the float to less than a mil and keep the AS the same. Makes no sense to me.

Until I see a legit filing of a Reverse Stock Split from ADHC I will consider the posted filing on Friday as fraud.
