Important : what happens to the trading if :
1)They announce merger .
2)They announce buyout.

I mean in both cases how long will be trading untill trading in halted , if halted.

If the buyout price is set for 1.00$ , will the trading continues untill we reach that price and then halted ?

What happens if the trading halted after the buyout price is set? how we will be able to sell our shares ?
