(corrected) tip for those not familiar.. as part of your "dd" (due diligence lol) google maps street view is great to make sure the location is legit.. (especially in the low tier stocks).. You would crack up at the addresses for some of em.. either in apartment buildings or run down strip malls.. hell even a storage unit.. seen em all..
