In any case, I doubt this debacle will have any effect on the IHAI SEC process -- per Mike Mills, lawyers are already wholly engrossed in getting IHAI current with the SEC. My assumption is that Cartagena/Mills owned assets can still be acquired by IHAI even if Rich gets nailed for this land deal.

Weird times.
