That's bad timing. .001 really isn't so far away from where we are now. When a company runs a beta or a testing program such as IBRC just did, it costs money and often times shares are sold to cover the expenses. That's what shares are for after all. Once they applied for 1bil more shares and only had 1bil to begin with, that was a huge green light for me. Instead of pulling off the old reverse split. They now need to generate investors to raise the pps up to that level or those new shares they just purchased from NV. are relatively useless. Good luck but I'd of waited it out if in your shoes my friend.
