Dude, here is the rub, spin it all you want, but the fact that CBIS continues to not file anything as such an 8K should raise flages.......nothing has come to fruitation nor has any of their big PRs been followed through. They said they would issues new class shares over a year ago, and still nothing.......all of these great thinkgs yet nothing completed......looks more and more like an endless spin cycle with them IMO. Here is one piece of advice....I would NOT be holding this stock when they do decide to finally file financials, because it will be a rude awakening for many here and I will guarantee the PPS will fall not rise......MARK my post......lol
