After reading the attacks on Benson and Dolberry and the proposed JV Rox was so happy about on her radio interview with Benson. I went and reread the News on the Platinum site, maybe that’s what the people who read this should do. Its www.platinum-access-society.com. In that it talks about what the test drilling has the chance to prove. I also listened to the radio show again, John Benson did say that geologists reports had identified an upper field that has the potential of 500 million barrels, he also stated that they were doing their test drilling. Also during the same interview Roxanna described her company as a mini Berkshire Hathaway!!! She also stated that her company had bought 50% of Platinum Access Society if that was true then we are all wrong she has purchased by whatever means 50% of Platinum. So I am not sure how she would then get out of the JV if that was her intent. Of course if that was not true and she has not bought 50% of Platinum then that would explain the silence. I also heard during that radio interview Benson praise Roxanna defend her and her company and Rox praise Churchill. I also want to comment on EMXC it now seems that the only asset it has is 25% of MindPix and whatever it owns in Platinum. It also has over 1.5 Billion shares out there, so it will need an awful lot of income or assets to even make a tiny increase in it share price!!!
I would also like to know what has happened to the E Max Media deals with "The Real Housewives of India" that on August 12th they announced they signed a letter of intent to fund???? Did that happen??? What about last November the deal with Anything Technologies Media with E Max Media whatever happened to that. And finally we are now back to the music, Denny Diante said the music was worth $300 million how do we know what it is worth? is there a valuation somewhere. At the end of the day we all hope that it is not all BS or if the JV Platinum is like all of the other deals that Roxanna gets into and it disappears. For all of the longs hope these deals mean she really is as she said during the radio interview a mini Berkshire Hathaway. It would be nice to just have the truth. Both Benson and Rox were so positive during their Radio show, so why do we sit in the dark makes no sense to me. If MPIX owns 50% how much did they pay and what is next?
