well i can confirmed now that he's not the manager of smoky systems but as of now i can't confrim where the 38,500,000 Commons went when "Smoky Systems reported (to who)its decision to distribute 38,500,000 shares of its common stock of the Company to its members as part of the wind down of its business"
but im working on it better yet would be better to where they went from the CEO
