Try this...A COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUYOUT NEGOTIATIONS FOR UMMMM, LET'S SAY THE LAST 4-6 MONTHS! WHY DON'T YOU CALL MR. FONG, OR BAKER, OR DYNE OR GOLDFARB, OR ELLIN AND ASK THEM WHAT'S UP?
OR BETTER, ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS:

1) WHY A COMPANY THAT IS IN THE TOP 10 AMONG THEIR PEERS IN THAT PARTICULAR MARKET (ACCORDING TO ADAGE)
2) WHY A COMPANY THAT BRINGS IN A 40 MILLION DOLLAR REVENUE PER YEAR
3) WHY A COMPANY WITH OVER 500 CLIENTS
4) WHY A COMPANY THAT IS ATTENDING CONFERENCES AND PARTICIPATING IN PANELS IN THE SAME ROOM WITH MICROSOFT
5) WHY A COMPANY THAT IS THE TYPE OF COMPANY THAT IS PRIMED AND THAT EVERY BIG TIME PLAYER IN THE MOBILE, MARKETING AND ADVERTISING GAME WANTS TO HAVE IN THEIR TOOL BAG THIS YEAR BEFORE THE FACEBOOK IPO HITS
6) WHY A COMPANY WITH A BOD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH HUGE RESUMES' AND A LONG HISTORY OF SUCCESS (TO INCLUDE MERGERS), THAT ANY LEADING COMPETITOR WOULD GLADLY HIRE TO TAKE THEM TO THE NEXT LEVEL

...WHY WOULDN'T THEY KEEP THEIR WEBSITE UP TO DATE, OR KEEP THE SHAREHOLDERS UP TO DATE, OR WHY DID THEY DEREGISTER UNSOLD SHARES, OR WHY DID THE CEO RESIGN 8 MONTHS INTO A 3 YEAR CONTRACT TO ONLY STAY ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. ARE DAVID RIFKIN, NATHAN FONG, AND AARON BAKER GOING DOWN WITH THE SHIP? THE ANSWER TO THESE QUESTIONS ARE PRETTY CLEAR TO ME, BUT I CANNOT ANSWER FOR YOU.

IF WHAT SOME OF YOU ARE SAYING IS TRUE AND THIS COMPANY IS BEING INTENTIONALLY TAKEN TO THE PINKS AND A/S INCREASED AND/OR GOING BANKRUPT THEN THIS BOD AND MANAGMENT TEAM IS THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF DUMB &$%@# THAT EVER WALKED THE STREETS OF NEW YORK. AND FURTHERMORE, THEY MUST HAVE PULLED THE WOOL OVER MANY EYES FOR MANY YEARS...BUT FOR ME, I SEE NO EVIDENCE ON THEIR RESUMES THAT ANY OF THEM ARE DUMMIES!!!
