i was just about to post something similar... people need to look at the time line of events and asks themselves, why would they do all that if they were just going to dilute the share holders later? doesn't make sense. they should have gone dark right after delisting and raised the A/S right after that... instead they pay off debt and hired a new CEO and then interim CEO. do your DD people!
