Bgrass- you have an obvious disconnect when it comes to business. You are witnessing the birth of a company. Without a business background it may be difficult for you to process what mgmt is trying to accomplish here. They can't release PR's for every little thing that makes you fearful. Your risk tolerance level may be better suited for CD's or a money mkt.
