Getting conflicting info from KCC and broker.....Help? Anyone?

I didn't convert or opt in on my Dime's. When I heard that the release deadline was extended, I thought it was extended for all classes. I released my P's, K's, U's & H's, but I could not release my Dimes.

Scottrade and KCC said the release deadline was Feb 29.

I had read somewhere on the board that we have a year to release Dime's.

Any thoughts, suggestions, class actions I could be a part of?
