Ocho I realize that standing up for a statement made by anyone labeled as a "basher" will cause argument. I will not argue the fact that Kims release of a PR saying NDA would not have changed the attitude of any posts. BUT...

The silence was a major fuel for those same posts. The pile of wood got bigger and bigger with every "Delay = fraud" post.
All it needed was a spark of someone who has always supported the company and who shareholders see as an authority to make a fire.
An announcement of NDAs would have been water on the wood.

So instead of clearing away the brush Kim waited until the fire started to grab a hose.

Water under the bridge. I am ok with that. I am pretty secure in my investment here. Kim will take this company where we expect. That doesnt excuse the smoke damage.

But forget about that, and answer the other part.
I think everyone on this board knows I support this company and Kim 100%.
I personally have argued that if Kim delayed the CC it was for good reason. I have used Kims own words to defend the delay with speculation that the insertions were for a custom fiber and we needed results before we announce the deal.
Well I was wrong. The delay was caused because.......

What caused the delay in the CC Ocho? What did you hear in the CC that could not have been said in the first week of January like we were supposed to have?

I dont have an issue with being wrong. I do have an issue with being wrong while being lead to believe I was right.
