They also accept cash. That is how we are paying them. If you got the cash, they will build. We are selling stock and will pay them for sure. Call and tell them you got 100,000 portraits of Benjamin Franklin in a box and they will build you a nice little lab. Even if WE were getting a bank loan, the bank loses if we can't pay it back. Just like a mortgage, you don't care if the idiot that buys your house can pay it or not.
