itsonlymuni - You know who is on the BOD of ATRN? I dont think they want to be known as screwing people over.

There ia a very well ochestraded plan here taking place.

Oh, i have suited my self by being in....all in.

I personally go off the charts and T/A but this one is an exception that charts do not take into account.

Also - the deal is done, has been done and the insiders know the $$. So the price of the stock wont matter once the offer i s confirmed.

Thats just me thought...good luck to you and of course, its all my opinion.
