No, there is no record of who got those reported signing bonuses. Just states "three top industry leaders". There's no breakdown of how the 95 million commons and 39 million series D were distributed. Hopefully they disclose this information in the next filings. It would have been prudent of them to disclose that info now. Investors want to know who is getting the shares of the company since the release of those shares dilutes their share's value.

The reality is they don't have to disclose anything...they are OTC pink tier. That's why it's crazy to even think any of these pink tier companies will ever do anything besides convert debt into shares. If they had a great business plan, they would be trading on higher tiers or other exchanges IMO. They would be able to get funding, investors, etc..... It's a complete gamble down here no matter what anyone else says on IHUB. It's the devils playground and I learned not to trust anyone or any CEO.

OTC Pink — the speculative trading marketplace
OTC Pink is the third tier of the OTC market. OTC Pink is the speculative trading marketplace that has no financial standards or reporting requirements. OTC Pink companies choose the level of information they provide to investors and may have current, limited or no public disclosure.
[edit]Current Information
The Current Information tier indicates companies that have submitted information no older than six months to the Pink Sheets News Service or have made a filing on the SEC's EDGAR system in the previous six months. This category includes shell companies or development stage companies with little or no operations as well as companies without audited financial statements and as such should be considered extremely speculative by investors.
