I just double checked and ATL's site is up. . . I'd venture a guess that not all web servers have updated/refreshed their links.

Likely your friend has a different provider than you. . .

ATL, mentioned that web providers update their servers on different 'schedules', especially on weekends. . .

OR

ATL may have needed to take if off line for a short moment [?] in order change something.
