A new development has occurred in the GLBT community whereby Cox Cable will carry upstart channel Q Television starting in Fall 2005. Officials at Cox have declined to comment, except to say that they are delighted to have Q on board to reach the GLBT community from coast to coast.

Q Television, which has secured the Gay Games VII in Chicago, as well as announcing a new fall line-up, has partnered with Cox in the successful leasing of a production facility in nearby Burbank.

Quoting an unnamed source, Cox indicated that the income and revenue stream would be "enormous."

Q-Television currently trades on the Pink Sheets.
