If you have the bucks Alfa Laval will build YOU a lab. Whether or not the product you plan to produce works, sells, or makes any sense at all, they will build you a lab -- and a damn nice one too. Ultra pure cranberry flavored peanut butter or synthetic Tuna Flavored Douch may be dumb ideas, but they will build you a great facility to produce it.
