Haven't followed what L-One has as far as their assets. Anyone know? Not sure if it is as simple to figure out, but you now have what a company is willing to shell out for another in the Lithium space.

- Was L-One in the mining stage or did they just have concessions like MMTE.
- Did they have any other assets that were purchased along with the agreement?
- How was the land from L-one valued? (ni results; actual operation results?)

Also, when it comes to figuring out what MMTE's pps value might be:

- I am kind of clueless here when it comes to how the value is figured on a company. ie. - we keep saying the range of the pps should be .016 - 0.048 based on the high / low projected acres worth. Do you not need to calculate in the taxes, etc (that has been placed on Chile) when trying to figure out such things? Or is pps irrelevant when it comes to a buyout. (but i think the buyout is based somewhat on the pps at time of offer is it not, in the case of L-one you see the buyout being more than what their shares are currently trading at)

I know the buyout is based on what the company is worth; i am real curious how MMTE's value would be figured out at this stage for any company wanting to purchase it.

Maybe I am thinking too much as usual. Like i said i am kind of clueless in how the value of a company is figured out if MMTE were to be purchased like L-One. People keep throwing around the pps value, but is there truly not more to calculating what the pps is going to be than the very basic calculation of (land x acre value) ie. don't forget the tax levies, does this not matter in figuring out PPS.
