It still comes down to valuation no matter how many shares are outstanding. If Rebel Networks is the real deal as I think it is then those that didn't sell will be ok when those financials are integrated and disclosed. These things rarely work because usually the companies doing them are worthless POS companies with no revenue and are maxed out and sitting on no bid. That was not the case here.
