Thank you for your response. I feel better today after seeing a positive move by the stock. Gov. Cuomo is the guy to go to. Perhaps this might help. I recall after being seriously injured while on duty I called on Senator Ball to see the status of my disability claim. I had heard nothing from the goverment for over one year. He made the inquiry and nine days later I received a positive outcome. Perhaps Baltia has already done this. If you need to find something out about the federal goverment a federal employee is the person to go to.
