A NEOM Long asked me to post his thoughts

1. The doc filed a form 4 and a form 13D. In the latter document the doctor specified that he was purchasing for investment purposes. This declaration of intent is the same as saying "I am not seeking to take over NeoMedia."

2. All subsequent purchases and sales by the doctor must be followed within 2 business days by a Form 4. There have not been a subsequent Form 4, so I have to conclude the doctor's position has not changed since his original filings.

3. The recent fall in NeoMedia's pps is almost certainly due to YA selling into the run-up (and making a nice profit, because they still get to buy directly from NeoMedia at the much lower price level that prevailed earlier this month).

4. The doctor has now experienced the effects of YA dilution. The question is, what - if anything - will he do about it? Do you think he might be considering giving Neomedia enough cash to take YA out, in return for a nice new series of preferred that gives him control over a couple of board seats? A possibility. If he does nothing, the doctor simply will be subjected to the same YA dilutionary fate as the rest of us. Welcome to the club, doc. In any case, I don't think he will sit still. He will either cash out himself or he will cash out YA. I don't think he has another option. If YA goes, it may be high time to finally demand that the doctor make certain that we finally get an Annual Shareholder Meeting.

5. Doc, become a folk hero. Please help Neomedia rid itself of YA's influence and dilution.
