I will take that bet!

Because I think it is at least as likely there will be NO filing at all. The Company is flat broke as the management diverted every last penny to themselves. No money to pay anyone to prepare and file a 10-K or NT 10-K. Plus, the Company is in Default with the State of Nevada. They haven't bothered to renew their business license or file the annual paperwork to stay in business.

If Shamika isn't done already, it is pretty darn close.
