R/S is viewed as a very negative event in the OTC world, expecially when your fianancials are unauditted and youre not current on Pinksheets. It is the most shady thing that could happen. This is why the stock tanks, when say in your example the price goes to .01 at 350M. It wont stay there based on unconfirmed facts, thats why it tanks. Besides, the same amount of shares would cost the same, the O/S just looks better. Who is that going to fool?
