I personally feel this is an attempt to trick shareholders. They might see this 3.00 bid and think that is PRE-split and that this would mean they could get $600.00 per share post split.
Fortunately most of us are smart enough to see through that.
The stock is not trading and certificates have not been issued yet by the Transfer Agent. I was able to confirm this.
It could be days more before the stock actually trades and until then these phony bid figures mean absolutely nothing.
