IMO, there is definetely some manipulation here. Somebody/s wants to get loaded at dirt cheap prices before the Company/Elite come out of hiding. Or it could be that the company is satisfied with their 350k market cap, and all the employees and Elite that they paid in shares really like a low pps for their efforts. At my own peril, I still believe the former. Go "up" DNAD
