Honestly, a partnership with a larger competitor makes a lot of sense. I don't see SP giving up his baby in a buy out, and without a track record, a buyout would be a dud with few $'s. If I was LNET (or someone similar) I would be looking to tap into this capability and take it off the competition table by making it work for them. It also moves them (LNET) up the list of highly sought after tech for new installs. LNET has not be burning up the competition lately, and I believe have weakened in the last year or two. The synergy here would be helpful to both, with both being relatively weak. However, Tivu is just starting and very, very weak and is going to deal from this weakness given their current situation. One thing is clear; anything that stabilizes Tivu from a shareholder perspective will be good news. It could be like intel chips in computers. GLTA. R3
