If ATRN was gonna get bought out or merge with a different company, wouldn't they just announce that they are merging? But they haven't but instead they give you all these 8k's and everyone now here is "putting together the puzzle"...

If I was any company and I knew I was going to get bought out or merging with a better company, I would announce it right away to my shareholders, just sayin'... Good luck to all
