USTT, As of May 4, 2005, there were 425,131,493 shares of Common Stock, no par value, outstanding.

Can it really move that much? Maybe 15%? Also lots of insider selling in December.

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
