Tamayz Medical, who are they? From what I could find out they are part of the "Alajaji Group" who are diversified in quite a few different businesses.
Real Estate
Medical Equipment
Medical Supplies
Medical Furniture
Hospital Catering
Computer Systems

It looks like they are the real deal and can handle the $13,000,000 deal without a problem. Don't know how management did it but we got a winner here.
