Wrong! Misquoting my post doesn't provide proof of anything, especially your assertion that IJJP has a firm loan commitment for $10 million, when it clearly doesn't.

There you say there is no such terminology used as a Conditional loan agreement in business.


My post did not use the word "agreement" and referenced the term "conditional loan" which you claim is very commonly used in business.

My post also acknowledged that the terminology typically used is "conditional loan approval." A conditional loan "agreement" would be similar.

The term "conditional loan" is not a business term no matter how it is twisted. The terminology is typically "conditional loan approval" such as with a mortgage when house-hunting. Pope used the term to give him an out when the $10 million is never received.

I still haven't seen any proof that businesses frequently used the term "conditional loan" without the added word of approval or agreement, especially in the context of the condition being only that it hasn't funded.
