My post did not use the word "agreement" and referenced the term "conditional loan" which you claim is very commonly used in business.
My post also acknowledged that the terminology typically used is "conditional loan approval." A conditional loan "agreement" would be similar.
I still haven't seen any proof that businesses frequently used the term "conditional loan" without the added word of approval or agreement, especially in the context of the condition being only that it hasn't funded.
