Wednesday August 17, 8:00 am ET

VALENCIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 2005--ConectiSys Corporation (OTCBB:CNES - News), a developer of automatic meter reading (AMR) technologies, announced today its submission, on Tuesday, July 19, 2005, of the new advanced 8-C H-NET(TM) BaseStation to the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) Southern California-based laboratories for product compliance and certification.

The FCC laboratory has informed the company that due to the complexity of the design, the testing and approval process is anticipated to be approximately 90 to 120 days for published product certification.

The new BaseStation is anticipated to achieve our advertised goals for product cost efficiency: Our low-cost, wireless AMR solution is imbedded within an electric utility meter, for both residential and commercial utility markets. The H-NET(TM) networks have been designed exclusively for the Electric Utility Industry. The bi-directional private networks' core is a unique proprietary architecture that captures, archives, and disseminates data consumption records 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day at traditional meter reading costs.

Events - Robert Spigno, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, comments about last weeks Annual Shareholders Meeting: "It was my pleasure to have had this opportunity to speak with attending stockholders. I was impressed with the quality of questions on both product and equity. I was equally impressed in the way the meeting evolved from a simply Q&A format to a collaborative work group session. And finally, I would like to thank all of our stockholders for your vote of confidence in this small heavily tasked management team, your endorsement has solidified our efforts. It is my greatest desire to deliver our products and services to market and manage our collective positions to its potential."
