As a shareholder, I expect to be told -

1. WHO has not gotten information to UBRG in a timely manner

2. WHY are we still doing business with that person or company

3. WHAT can management possibly do to make this right

4. WHAT specific efforts are being made to be profitiable

5. WEEKLY updates on PROFITS !!

6. WEEKLY update on the DTC chill situation and what is being
done to prevent a Global Lock

7. A CONTRACT not to insult us with B.S. PRs on plans
that are just not gonna happen, for example
A. Conference Call - please
B. Frunkfurt exchange - please
C. Roblex - please
D. Rainco - what a baffoon of a move that was
E. Indian Tribal Lands - Gimme a break
F. need I go on and on and on and on? ad nauseum

8. WHAT are the contingency plans that will significantly
increase PPS without a reverse split?
A. Sell UBRG to a profitable company such that each
investors quantity of stock shares are preserved
and increase significantly in value.
B. Sell (or give) a board of directors seat to someone who
has made profit in a similiar situation before and will
benefit only if common stock investors benefit
C. Buyback of a reasonable number of
outstanding (floating shares)shares - say about 750,000,000.

As a shareholder, I ask for specific answers to these specific questions and I also ask for a contrract with management to perform for the good of the company, themselves and shareholders and what specifically they will do if UBRG has not reached certain milestones at specified times.

I do not think these are too much to ask and I hope my fellow shareholders will join me as I ask our President and Director to step up to this plate.

Thank you.
