The PR is meant to inform not artificially pump a stock price... at first the rhetoric was fair and now it is appears to be slanting in one general direction...

If and when this quarter ends and we have nothing concrete to build on, then money is being flushed away...

Until then it is just back and forth til the curtain drops. Either the finale or the opening act for all to see. Until then any guess of what lies behind is simply that a guess...
