That means nearly 90% of the common shares are owned by insiders. One thing I typically hate about pink sheet stocks is that all of the risk is held by the shareholders and insiders own so little (if any) of the risk. In this company, the risk has been borne by the insiders and they have a vested interest in this company succeeding. I have entered into owning stock in this company based on the hope and belief that these insiders have the vested interest in this company finding profits in its current ventures. These pink sheet stocks are extremely risky, and if I am going to take a risk in one, it's because insiders have put their time and money into it as well.
