People on this board need to listen to reason these days.

The reason the CEO has stated that he does not care about the pps is simple. He controls the company! Not only by management but also by ownership. Why would he care if the pps is at .0004 or .004 or .04? If he knows what the REAL value of the company is, which I suspect he does, then it doesn't matter.

Let me tell you why. Since he controls ownership of MMTE and lets assume he knows the value is $300M (for argument sake), why would he care if the pps is at .0003 if he knows he can get or has a deal already for .10?

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THE PPS IS TODAY AS LONG AS THE ASSETS ARE THERE (WE NOW HAVE PROOF THEY ARE) AND IF HE HAS A DEAL IN THE WAITING (WHICH HE VERY MAY)!!!!
