I think they have a .002 or even lower target for her before they allow her to run. It looked like we were about to have a good day and they stepped in to whack her back down. Long term this will be a marvelous play, but unfortunately for the time being they'll keep her down and try to keep that downward trend they started. I hope I'm wrong and we get enough attention that more players come in to help us move her up, but I think they don't want any attention on her just yet until they load up at the bottom they choose.
