Not that I'm defending Angel, but it is possible to have your bid in and not show (at least in my L2). When you place a bid with your broker and the MM that represents your broker has a bid that's higher than yours it will show the higher bid and not yours. That's why you don't see the same MM listed twice on the L2's.

But again I'm not defending Angel, just stating its possible to not show.
