concessions are the bait, dilution is what you get.

Buffett is a FA guy (not TA guy). one glance at the situation and he would instantly know something doesn't add up.

drop under 0.0003 soon is RS guaranteed this year.

remember my words from early March.

"if VERT's chunk is big enough we'll see 5's, if we get the same as Nov/Dec we'll see 3's".
