There are several watching to see how the mm will play the news. Sometimes it is sell on the news, sometmes it is a quick mini-run up and super quick run back down, and sometimes it is a "fly me to the moon" run up to the highest reistance in the chart.
It is worth being in the stock before the news for the loss vs reward percentage gamble.
