That's the worst part of a deregistered stock. OTC filings are unaudited, whereas SEC filings need to be. Usually a company deregisters its shares with the SEC because of a deteriorating financial situation. Hopefully the asset sale will let FLTT get back on track so that shareholders don't remain in the dark.
